These terms govern your use of GlobalSimify and the purchase of travel eSIM data plans.
The service
GlobalSimify resells mobile data eSIM plans supplied by third-party connectivity providers for use while travelling abroad. We are a reseller, not a mobile network operator.
Eligibility & devices
You are responsible for confirming that your device is eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked before purchase. We provide tools to help you check, and you must confirm compatibility at checkout.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings and include applicable fees. Payment is processed by Paystack (M-Pesa and cards). We are not liable for issues caused by your payment provider.
Delivery
eSIM activation details are delivered electronically, usually within minutes of successful payment. It is your responsibility to install the eSIM, ideally before travelling.
Acceptable use
Plans are for personal travel data use and subject to the fair-use and coverage terms of the underlying network. Reselling or abuse may result in suspension.
Liability
We are not liable for network outages, coverage gaps, or device incompatibility. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan.
